02Apps from the App Store

Applications we distribute through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service. Where an individual app includes its own terms, those terms apply to that app in addition to these.

The website, our apps, and their content — including text, design, logos, and software — are owned by Entropy Ventures LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer them except as permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
